Order your tickets as usual. In your web confirmation page and your email confirmation there will be a link for each attendee to book their meal.

To apply for just one ticket for yourself then you MUST enter your name, surname, Address 1, Post Code, E-mail
and one telephone number, as a minimum. Click ADD so you can see the details you have entered.
If any part is wrong then click Cancel and start again.
You can ADD other attendees to your list and they will be associated with your contact details as the Lead (first)
name. You MUST enter a name and surname for each attendee. Only the contact details for the Lead name are required and not
each attendee. Partners of members are charged at the member rate. Please leave the dates for members' partners as the default.
The Register button will take you to the Paypal Secure Payment site where you can use your Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal.
You must follow the instructions until you are returned to this site where your confirmation will appear on the page.
You will also receive a confirmation e-mail.
When you select the Postal button the details you have entered will appear in a print friendly
form which will be addressed to the ORA. Read the instructions on the form as it is not usually neccessary to print and send the form
as the process below captures your information and sends it to the ORA.
